The property

This is a country house with two completely independent apartments. One apartment is about 100m² and is listed in the land register as Magazzino, the other flat is about 120m². The special feature of this property is, of course, the wonderful view of the sea and the Aeolian islands of Alicudi and Filicudi.

The neighbourhood

Another plus point of this property is its location in the Nebroden nature reserve. The house is about 600 metres above sea level. The access to the house is a bit tedious on asphalt roads with some narrow bends, but the 15-minute drive from the coast is worth it, because you are in the middle of nature, even if there are inhabited houses in the neighbourhood.

Hier handelt es sich um ein Landhaus mit zwei vollkommen unabhängigen Wohneinheiten.
