The country house has been renovated with great attention to the traditional features while at the same time improving the structural (anti-seismic) aspects. The original aesthetic appearance, which had been damaged over the decades by cement and poor quality materials, has been restored to the original by highlighting the beautiful stone used to build the load-bearing walls, replacing the roof tiles with the traditional antique tiles. the wooden frames give even more character to the building. Major foundation works were carried out to insulate the house from contact with the moisture of the ground and as mentioned above all masonry works were carried out in full compliance with the latest building regulations
