Sioli

The buildings were constructed in 2012 on the site of a ruin farmhouse using many reclaimed materials. The main house is a total of 278 square meters. On the ground level there is entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and shower room. The living room has thirty square meters with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is a large open plan kitchen/dining area of fifty-seven square meters. There is also access from the kitchen to a patio area. The upper floor has three en-suite bedrooms with high ceilings. The ground floor has travertine flooring and the upper floor have hard wood planks.

The guest cottage was constructed 2012 and is central heated and double glazed with solar panels for the hot water supply, there are two bedrooms both with shower rooms and an open plan living kitchen area of twenty-five square meters.

There are 3.5 hectares of land that consists of about 3 hectares of woodland and pasture with an irrigated garden of 5000 square meters that has a forty square meter open sided covered entertainment or games area that seconds as an outdoor eating area. A saltwater pool of 15 x 5 meters with a metal framed pergola for shade. Sioli sits between the market town of Umbertide and the historic hillside town of Gubbio just fifteen minutes away from either of these popular Umbrian destinations.
