Within an uncontaminated landscape, close to the renowned “Parco delle foreste Casentinesi”, we offer for sale a small village made up of four farmhouses. It is located in a strategic and equidistant position from Florence, Perugia and San Marino. The small mountains that characterize the area are rich in history, naturalistic charm and art. Easily accessible are the airports of Bologna, Pisa, Rome and Perugia.
