Charming stone farmhouse, once a farm outbuilding, renovated and redone in the interior in the early 2000s. It is located in a small hillside hamlet on the border with Tuscany, on the Niccone valley. From the garden, facing southwest, you can admire a wonderful landscape, in the midst of which stands the Reschio Castle, a much sought-after destination for elite international tourism.
The farmhouse is on three levels, with the possibility of access to the ground floor from the main entrance or to the second floor via an external stone staircase.
On the ground floor we find a large patio, where you can enjoy meals or relax on hot summer and spring days. Entering we find a kitchen, a passage room that is a kind of solar greenhouse, a small living room and a bathroom.
On the first floor we access a bedroom, with an adjoining very special large bathroom with a bathtub that overlooks the landscape.
On the second floor, we find a large room currently used as a library and reading room, which can be divided into two separate rooms.
The special feature of this property is the presence of a large number of windows of different shapes, which makes it extremely bright and pleasant to stay in. Sitting relaxed looking at the view, reading a book and drinking a glass of wine with such a view can provide pleasant moments to be enjoyed in any season.

The farmhouse is located in a small hamlet, once the residence of local farmers. Today, entirely renovated, it is mostly composed of vacation homes, but it lends itself to be inhabited even in winter, for the particular convenience of reaching the village and the nearby towns.
It is located in the municipality of Città di Castello, just 2 km from the town of Cortona, Tuscany, and 6 km from Mercatale, a town where you can find all the necessary services. Coming down the hill at the bottom of the road we find a very popular bar/restaurant with typical cuisine, which can also be reached on foot.
