State and finishes
The original structure of the house dates back to 1420 belonging to the earl Palma from Urbino; the two finished apartments were renovated in 2000 and 2011 and are in excellent condition. The fixtures have thermal insulation and the floors are in stoneware, the shutters are in wood. Roof and facade date back to 2011. There is anti-seismic certification.

Services and utilities
In the renovated apartments, heating is provided by a pellet stove and a LPG system which is currently used only for cooking and hot water, and water from the municipality. There is no air conditioning as the location doesn’t make it necessary. The solar and photovoltaic system is not present, but feasible.

Use and potential
The farmhouse suits as a housing solution for large families with several family nucleos, or as a small accommodation business, completing the part to be restored and transforming the outbuilding into a small housing unit.
