Villa del Colle is an ancient estate, set in a small village in the north of Abruzzo, in the tranquility and greenery of the rolling hills of Teramo.

This magnificent historic residence, on four levels, was built starting in 1700. In recent years it has been completely and expertly renovated with care and love, recovering it to its original beauty.

You reach the villa via a private road: on the right an immense Italian garden, on the left the green Abruzzo countryside. No noise, absolute silence! Next to it there is a detached house for the caretakers and inside the enclosure, a huge outbuilding, used as a shed for agricultural equipment and vehicles, with a 20 kW photovoltaic system above. By the side, we also find several garages.

You can enjoy a good glass of wine from a large terrace overlooking the green hills, the white mountains and the blue sea or in winter, in front of the historic large family fireplace.
