In a medieval rural context a farmhouse was built in 1607 near this watchtower which protected the Trasimeno Lake from the Northern Invasions. In the ‘90 the Farmhouse was completely renovated preserving its original shape. Arranged on 3 floors, on the ground one you will enter the living space with a fireplace connected to the kitchen as well as the dining room by wide and arched entrances; there is also a bathroom. Going up to the first floor, both using the inside and the outside stairs, there is another living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A winding staircase levels you up to the watchtower where there is another bedroom. The farmhouse which is approximately 150 square meters has 2 more annexes, 20 and 40 square meters big each.
On the land are located 200 olive trees, a well and a pipeline for agricultural use. The Farmhouse is connected to the public pipeline.
