Located at the edge of a quiet hamlet sits Casa della Mulattiera. Casa della Mulattiera is a three-level farmhouse with a total of 90 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the semi under ground level there is one bedroom and a full bathroom. Throughout this level there is barrel-vaulted ceilings. With separate access there is a cantina/technical room. On the land there is about 50 ancient olive trees. The garden also has no on looking neighbors which makes one feel very secluded even though located in a hamlet. It is just a 15 minute drive to Lake Trasimeno.
