Country house completely renovated in 2009 and located a few minutes from the historic center of Cupramontana, which offers all services including pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and restaurants. The position of this house is absolutely panoramic over the valley planted with vineyards with views down to the sea, it is also surrounded by the agricultural land that is part of the property and has an area of 5.7 hectares, certified organic and with a well.
