An office, a warehouse and 3 other bedrooms with en suite bathrooms have been created in the annex. Overall, the structure houses 9 rooms for 22 beds.

The farmhouse is located in the heart of the province of Perugia halfway between Marsciano and Collepepe, in a quiet, private area surrounded by greenery but close to all services: the town center is less than 3 km away and here you can find shops, schools, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport.
The highway exit is about 2 km away and from here you can reach Perugia and Assisi in about 30 minutes, the international airport of Umbria in 20 minutes, Rome, Florence and lower Tuscany in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
