The house is situated in the middle of the Marche countryside, between Cupramontana and Staffolo, in the land of the white wine “Verdicchio”. The property has stunning views over the surrounding hills and the sea.
The property is located at 450 m above sea level and only 5 kms away from the famous medieval town of Cupramontana.

The House

The main building measures about 250 sq.m. and has been perfectly restored with great taste and respect for the marchigiano architectural tradition.
