Two finely renovated apartments
In the medieval village of Panicale, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a few steps from the main square, a lovely semi-detached house divided into two independent apartments on two levels.

First apartment of 120 sq m :The main apartment is accessed from an ancient portal by climbing a couple of stone steps, immediately leading into a spacious and elegant living room with a fireplace and dining area. A short corridor leads to the kitchen located on a bridge room with a double view of the alley below. There are two bedrooms, one of which is larger with ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom. The peculiarity of the apartment is certainly the light: there are very wide windows that provide a unique brightness during the day.
