The House

The house was completely rebuilt from scratch, thus ensuring the quality and comfort of a new building inside a traditionally-looking shell.

Measuring about 290 sq.m., inclusive of a 30 sq.m. panoramic pergola, the house develops on 2 floors, divided as follows:

Ground Floor:

As you step into from the front door, you get amazed by the double height ceiling, that gives a feeling of grandeur and fineness. The design of the house is open plan on the ground floor. To the right of the entrance hall, there is a dining area, connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and electric hob. The layout is open-plan with a sitting area and direct exit out to the outstanding pergola, where you can enjoy al-fresco dinners with your family and friends. Plenty of light gets into these rooms, thanks to the French windows, which connect directly to the garden and pool area.

To the other side of the entrance hall, there is a guest bathroom and 4 additional rooms: one is the technical room, another one is used as a wardrobe and the last 2 are 2 useful storages.

First Floor:

A grand, modern staircase leads you up to the first floor, where the sleeping area is arranged with a beautiful master bedroom with breathtaking views over the rolling hills of region Marche. It enjoys a sizable private bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

The floor features 3 additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A 3rd bathroom for this floor may be created. All bedrooms enjoy lovely views over the countryside.

The first floor is accessible both via internal staircase and also via an external staircase, as it used to be in old farmhouses.

The Annex

Close to the house there’s an outbuilding (about 30 sq.m.), partly arranged as a carport, partly as a summer kitchen by the pool and partly as a room with private bathroom, that you may arrange as a playroom/hobby room, a studio or you may add a bed.

The summer kitchen is the perfect spot to prepare a quick meal or grill some meat and serve it by the pool, with no need to enter into the main home.

The Garden

The property is surrounded by a 3.300 sq.m. garden, with outstanding panoramic views over the multicoloured rolling hills of region Marche. It’s been recently planted with 45 olive trees, which will soon produce an excellent organic olive oil, thanks to the position of the property, which is reached by the sea breeze.

The swimming pool measures 9 x 4m and it’s positioned south-east, so basically it’s always in the sun. The tiled terrace all around, lets you place sunbeds to get a perfect tan.

The Location

The position of this beautiful farmhouse in Marche is extremely convenient: as a matter of facts in 5 minutes by car you can reach many medieval villages, including Morro D’Alba, Ostra and Belvedere Ostrense, where you can go for your daily shopping and for a meal out in a typical osteria.

Senigallia and its sandy beaches are just 15 min away. In Senigallia there’s always something going on: in the summer many outdoor events take place, including concerts and festivals. In winter you can go for an art exhibition or attend a show at Teatro Fenice. Senigallia is also well known for hosting two Michelin-starred restaurants.
