Surroundings

The property is located on the southern coast of Sicily just north of the town of Ragusa. Surrounded by hills, olive groves and plenty of nature but less than 30km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Modica and Pozzallo.
The nearest town is Ragusa which is about 30 minutes drive away, but less than 4km from the house there is a supermarket, a butcher’s shop a pizzeria and a church.

The property is located at the foot of a hill and is sold with a plot of land of about 30,000 metres on which there are olive trees, carob trees and several fruit trees.

On the land there is, in addition to the perfectly restored and habitable main house, another ruin of about 180 square metres located further up the hill. This ruin could be totally renovated and could constitute an additional property on the property.

Das Anwesen verfügt über viel Platz im Freien. Eine große Veranda vor dem Eingang des Hauses und ein großer Innenhof auf der linken Seite. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, und die Außenflächen ermöglichen das bequeme Parken von bis zu 4 Autos. Zum Anwesen gehört auch eine große, noch nicht renovierte Lagerhalle, die als Geräteschuppen genutzt oder zu einem Nebengebäude umgebaut werden kann.
