Villa Marilyn with its large garden is located approximately 20 km west of the city limits of Palermo in the municipality of Cinisi. The village of Cinisi is located directly by the sea and just a few kilometers from Palermo airport.

The property

To get to Villa Marilyn, drive about 7 km inland from the coast into the hills. The house is situated at 590 m above sea level and has a wonderful view of the north-west coast as far as San Vito lo Capo. The house was built almost 30 years ago by the current owner and makes a very solid impression. There are no damp patches or cracks in the walls. The approximately 120 m² apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via an external staircase. Underneath is a large garage with adjoining cellar room of approximately 80 m². From here you can also access the apartment directly via a spiral staircase. There is also a toilet in the garage.

Palermo city center can be reached in about 40-50 minutes, the airport in about 20 minutes. From the house you can start very nice hikes and enjoy the super view. There is cell phone reception at the house, Internet is received via a satellite dish.

Um zur Villa Marilyn zu kommen, fahren Sie von der Küste ungefähr 7 km in die Hügel ins Landesinnere. Das Haus liegt in 590 m Höhe über dem Meeresspiegel und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Nordwestküste bis nach San Vito lo Capo. Das Haus wurde vor fast 30 Jahren von dem jetzigen Besitzer gebaut und macht einen ausgesprochen soliden Eindruck. Weder gibt es irgendwelche Feuchtigkeitsflecken noch Risse in der Wand. Die ungefähr 120 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und wird über eine Außentreppe erreicht. Darunter ist eine große Garage mit angrenzendem Kellerraum von ungefähr 80 m². Von hier können Sie auch über eine Wendeltreppe direkt in die Wohnung gelangen. In der Garage gibt es zudem eine Toilette.
Das ca. 120 m² große Obergeschoss ist folgendermaßen aufgeteilt: Sie betreten die Wohnküche und befinden sich in einem bestimmt 40 m² großen Raum mit Fenstern in Richtung Meer. Die Umgebung

In nächster Nähe gibt es einige Nachbarn, die auch ganzjährig hier wohnen, trotzdem hat man seine totale Privatsphäre und kann auf seiner Terrasse nicht gesehen werden. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auf einer sehr gut ausgebauten kurvigen Provinzstraße den Ort Cinisi in ungefähr 10 Minuten, dort sind dann auch sehr schöne Sandstrände und natürlich sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Palermos Innenstadt wird in ungefähr 40-50 Minuten erreicht, der Flughafen in ungefähr 20 Minuten. Vom Haus kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen starten und dabei den Superausblick genießen. Am Haus ist Handyempfang, Internet wird über eine Parabolantenne empfangen.
