Villa Simona ist eine herrliche Villa in dem malerischen Badeort Mondello bei Palermo. Es bedarf nicht vieler Worte, um Mondello, eines der berühmtesten Reiseziele Siziliens, zu beschreiben. Nur wenige Kilometer vom schönen Palermo entfernt, hat Mondello einen der weißesten Strände und eines der blauesten Meere in ganz Sizilien.

Die Villa liegt nur etwas mehr als 1 km vom Meer entfernt in einem Wohngebiet, das nur aus Villen mit maximal zwei Stockwerken besteht. Die Vegetation rund um das Haus macht die Umgebung sehr angenehm.

Abseits des Nachtlebens, das jeden Frühling und Sommer die Strandpromenade von Mondello bevölkert, bietet die Villa viel Privatsphäre und eine bemerkenswerte Ruhe. Die Villa
